Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Outpatient Records Room

Services Provided

  • Maintain and ensure accountability of all hard copy outpatient medical records
  • In-process and out-processing actions
  • Mail-out of hard copy records to subsequent duty station
  • Retire outpatient medical records to the Record Processing Center
  • Retire all other hard copy medical records to the National Archives in accordance with regulation

General Information  

  • In-processing and out-processing please drop off a copy of your orders and all amendments to process retrieving/transferring your medical record.
  • Health Records may not be hand carried by the patient according to current laws and Department of Defense policy. 
  • Patients may request a copy of their records at any time and obtaining a complete copy is recommended if PCSing to a remote location for recruiting or other duties where a military treatment facility will not be located close to your location.
