Optometry Clinic
The Buckley Optometry clinic will have reduced appointment availability from September through November 2021. All active duty, please consider booking your annual exam
before September to avoid longer wait times. Appointments can be made through the appointment line 720-847-9355 or online via
Patient Portal.
Active Duty Air Force
- All Active duty must be seen on base EXCEPT for emergencies.
- Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes early.
- Bring your glasses, contact lenses, and contact lens prescription (written or contact boxes), and sunglasses in case a dilated eye exam is necessary.
Active Duty Army
- Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes early.
- Bring your glasses, contact lenses, and contact lens prescription (written or contact boxes), and sunglasses in case a dilated eye exam is necessary.
- If MEDPROS needs to be updated and no eye exam, please walk into the Optometry clinic Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Reservist
- Reservists must be on orders for more than 30 days to be eligible for glasses. Please bring a copy of orders to the appointment.
PRK (Lasik) Surgery
- Must inquire directly DURING your annual exam.
- If the eye exam was conducted in the past year, you will need to wait until your next annual exam.
- If the exam was over a year ago, please contact the Optometry clinic.
