Health Services

Immunizations

We provide all immunizations to active duty service members and their dependents, and National Guard and Reserve members on Title 10 orders. Flu shots are administered seasonally to all eligible beneficiaries. Allergy services, including testing and shots, are available through a Primary Care Manager referral.

Influenza Vaccine Update

Flu season is upon us. We are concerned about your health and encourage everyone to get vaccinated annually against influenza.

It’s essential that active duty service members, active duty family members and other beneficiaries are well-protected from influenza.

Please see the guidance below for getting the Flu vaccine here at Buckley’s 460th Medical Group.

Active Duty Service Members

Active Duty, National Guard, and Reserve service members are required to get the Flu vaccine.

Walk-in services are available in the Immunizations Clinic Monday-Friday, 8-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m., excluding family days, federal holidays, and the second Wednesday of every month, unless otherwise noted.

As additional shipments of Flu vaccines are received on base, active duty service members will be notified of scheduled mass Flu shot drives. Active duty service members can also call the Immunizations Clinic at 720-847-6553 or the Appointment Line at 720-847-WELL (9355) to inquire about availability of the Flu vaccine.

Please call the 460th Medical Group Immunization Clinic at 720-847-6553 to ask about vaccine availability. For additional resources, please visit: https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/hcp/vis/vis-statements/flu.html.

Active Duty Family Members

All active duty service members and their dependents (aged 6 months and above) are eligible for the Flu vaccine. Please call the Immunizations Clinic at 720-847-6553, or the Appointment Line at 720-847-WELL (9355), to inquire about availability of the Flu vaccine. All active duty service members and their dependents may also obtain their flu vaccine for free at any TRICARE-approved civilian pharmacy.

Active Duty Family Member Infants/Children

Please contact us via the appointment line at 720-847-WELL (9355) to book a well-child exam for your child or call the Immunizations Clinic directly at 720-847-6553.

Other Beneficiaries

If you are a TRICARE beneficiary, you may obtain the Flu vaccine at TRICARE network pharmacies for free. Please visit the following web pages to find the nearest TRICARE-authorized civilian provider or network pharmacy:

If you receive a Flu vaccine from anywhere besides the 460th Medical Group, please provide the vaccine documentation you received from the network pharmacy (or TRICARE-authorized network provider) to your Primary Care team or the Immunizations clinic. You may do this by placing a physical copy of the record in the drop box located outside of building 600 (IMR updated daily) or by messaging your PCM Team via the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.
The documentation you provide (either hard copy or via secure messaging) should include the following information:
  • The date the vaccine was given
  • The vaccine name or code
  • Manufacturer
  • Lot number
  • Your name
  • Your DOD ID number
If you don't have an MHS GENESIS Patient Portal account and are empaneled to the 460th Medical Group, please log on and follow the steps to create an account.

If you have an existing account and forgot your password, please use the ‘Forgot Password’ option. Please ensure your name and birthdate or DOD ID number are legible on the submitted records.
